ET&P-AS-Senior Analyst-SAP EHS

The key skills required are as follows:

• SAP S4HANA Health & Safety which includes SAP EHS Incident Management, SAP EHS Risk Management, SAP EHS Environment Management, SAP MoC (Management of Change),

SAP EHS Audit Management.

• Worked in both S4HANA Fiori & ECC Environment. Minimum 02 nos. EHS Implementation and 01 nos. Support Experience.

• Strong Understanding of GHG Emissions (Scope1,Scope2, Scope3), SAP PM/EAM Processes and integration with SAP PM/EAM,HCM modules.

• Design and have implemented best-practice SAP Sustainability concepts around Process & People Safety and that fit the clients’ business frameworks.

• Ability to assess business requirements and challenges and translate that into solutions. Quickly understand the client environment and stakeholders, building strong relationships.

• Produce functional analysis/technical documentation, and implement and test solutions.

• Strong analytical skills combined with good communication and training skills

• Prepare documentation including Business Blueprints, Test Scripts, User Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Functional Requirement specification etc.

• Manage SAP rollouts, implements and support projects.

• Conduct testing, training, and support data migration with data Migration Tools.

• Strong Client Engagement Skills.

• Experience or Knowledge in SAC or any of the new SAP Solutions, such as Product Footprint Management, Responsible Design & Production , Sustainability Control Tower is a plus.

SAP S4HANA EHSM expert with experience in SAP Health & Safety solutions

• Candidate possess some knowledge around some of the global sustainability initiatives and frameworks, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),the UN Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), The Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and EU Sustainable Finance package, ESG Reporting.

• Execute various SAP EHS engagements including SAP Post Implementation Reviews, SAP Controls & Optimization Review, SAP Roadmap Assistance etc.is an added advantage.
