Job Description

Turner & Townsend are looking for Project Manager to join our award-winning, for Delhi cost center, growing project management team working within Turner & Townsend's team.

There is long term secured frameworks with national and regional organizations within the following sectors - Banking/ Coporate Fit outs 

The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary. There will also be the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, in order to offer our people an all-round exposure to the business. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.

Role within the project:

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for Banking Project.
• To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery for Banking corporate Fit out.
• To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Scope

Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc.  Typically, projects fall within the Rs 5cr to Rs10 cr range.  When in a supporting role, the project size may be far greater.

Responsibilities:

• Design management
• Consultant appointment
• Commercial / budget management
• Team management
• Risk management
• Coordination with the site team

Reporting

• Depending upon context, a Project Manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• Education - B.E/ B.Tech /B.Arch – Civil/ Architecture/Interior Designer
• Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
• You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
• 6 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
