KPMG Resource Centre (KRC) is a team of 3,000+ colleagues serving audit clients of primarily KPMG Europe and a few other countries. KRC’s services include end-to-end Audits, IT Audits, Data Analytics, Engagement Support Hub, Transaction 

Assurance and ESG, among others. The business supports multiple sectors and is currently present in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai. 

We are recruiting for a Senior in the Audit team. Working as an Senior in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Planning and execution of audit work and statutory reporting across a portfolio of audited entities.•Leading Audit work for your team including supervising more junior members of staff to help them reach their full potential.•Working on end to end on audits of FS clients (Asset Management/SPVs/Insurance)•Reporting to audit Partners and Directors on all salient points arising from audits•Project management of all aspects of audit including agreeing audit timelines, team briefings, and supervision and delivery of audit work•Budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of projects, focusing on optimizing profitability•Act as main point of contact for onshore departments. Build strong relationships with onshore department champions/other key contacts in Ireland.•Identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex audit issues

Educational qualifications

•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)•Additional certifications (if any)

Work experience

•1–3-year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients.•Skillset: Experience in the Financial Services sector.
