Firewall - Network Security Specialist
- The Network Security Specialist would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.
- Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.
- Configure FW rules in Palo Alto and append the security profiles.
- Hands on experience with the security profiles.
- Update signatures on Palo Alto, FTD and other FW operations tasks.
- Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers
- Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment
- Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.
- Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.
- Provide resolution plans for device issues.
- Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
