Roles & responsibilities

•The professional in this position is expected to execute Customer Advisory projects and must have experience in customer experience management, customer journey design mapping, and marketing, sales, ecommerce & service transformation •Have strong expertise in conducting end-to-end business transformation projects including, 'as-is' to 'to-be' assessment, future state •Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of clients' business data, processes, and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable insights. •Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for clients based on industry best practices and cutting-edge methodologies. •Collaborate with the internal team, including subject matter experts, business analysts, and technology professionals, to ensure the effective delivery of services. •Support clients in the execution of recommended solutions; assist with change management, communications, training, and project management as needed. •Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders

Required skills

•4+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work •Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimal supervision •Extensive experience working on global projects •Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients - both in offshore and onshore models - to define current state maps (blueprinting), transformation strategy and execution •Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills •Manage end-to-end delivery for a project •Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen •Organized approach and able to work under pressure •Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently •Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented •Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy •

Work experience

•4-7 years of experience in business and strategy consulting.
