Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

·       Lead and mentor a team of presentation designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all projects.

·       Manage end-to-end presentation design projects, including scoping, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

·       Develop creative, engaging, and visually striking presentations for clients across industries.

·       Collaborate with design leads, marketing teams, and clients to understand business goals and deliver impactful storytelling through design.

·       Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity in all presentation materials.

·       Optimize workflows, introduce best practices, and ensure projects meet deadlines without compromising quality.

·       Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-tools to enhance team productivity.

·       Conduct quality assurance checks on all presentation deliverables before submission.

·       Provide strategic input on presentation structures, narratives, and visual approaches for leadership-level presentations.

Key Requirements

·       7-9 years of experience in presentation design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·       Proven expertise in designing high-impact presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and related tools.

·       Strong understanding of visual storytelling, infographics, data visualization, and typography.

·       Experience in managing a team, including performance reviews, mentorship, and professional development.

·       Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

·       Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and technologies is a significant advantage.

·       Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

·       Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

·       Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handling both project-based and retainer-based clients.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

 

Experience :

7-9 years of experience in Presentation Design

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Proficiency in PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills :
Hands on expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud
