Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Identity Access Management (IAM) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of security concepts and principles. - Experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Security Services projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
