Job Description
- Working closely with the consultant and executive management of the client, identify data sets from a variety of ESG data vendors that support analysis of company / sovereign performance across the various SFDR pillars such as DNSH, Positive Contribution and Good Governance.
- Test to see how sourcing data points from different vendors would change the results, potentially over several variations.
- Test to see how using different thresholds or ways of defining statistically sound thresholds would change the results, potentially over several variations. Identify individual companies / sovereigns flagged by metrics which may be unexplainable, and look into the underlying company disclosures and info to determine issues, e.g. errors in vendor data, unique business models/inappropriate peer groups, etc.
- Creating and maintaining SFDR DNSH, Positive Contribution and Good Governance methodology documents.
- Support with slide preparation for working group meetings, attend the meetings, and follow up data analytics tasks coming out of the meetings.
- Provide support on individual company QA to identify if flags are potentially false signals.
- Working on Thought Leadership / thematic reports
Support in any other ad hoc task required by the team
