UI/ UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research                                : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
  
• Information Architecture            : Organize and structure information to create clear and intuitive user flows.
  
• Wireframing and Prototyping    : Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface and user experience.
  
• UI Design                                        : Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, including layouts, typography, and color schemes.
  
• Collaboration                                 : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on design decisions.
  
• Sales Enablement                         : Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging and effective sales decks and presentations.
  
• Stay Updated                                 : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Figma, and Miro
  
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Experience working in a services company, preferably with a focus on data and ML services.
  

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
