Deputy Manager - Area Sales
Drive Sales of Credit Cards at the designated Market thru SBG Branches & Partners.
Accomplishes Sales objectives by training, coaching, counseling the team of executives.
Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job.
Build and nurture relationships with the CMC of SBG, Key stake holders in the designated territory.
Manage sourcing mix, product mix, cross sell and increase Premium/ profitable sourcing.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volumes.
Understand basic labor regulations, administrative responsibilities in managing agencies day to day operations. Identify new opportunities by deeper understanding of the markets and expand Customer Base.
Ensure 100% adherence to all compliance guidelines and policies laid down by the organization.
Qualifications:-MBA from any recognized and reputed institute with 5~7 years of direct sales
