Operations Officer - Retail Assets Operations
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Operations Officer!
Responsibilities of the candidate :
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Provide structured and timely recommendations to Quality Manager, Leadership, operations, analysts and MIS teams
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Gather training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Monitor risk management activities
- Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels.
Requirements
- Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
