Job Description: Transport Executive
- Experience required is 2 to 4 years in Employee transport operation, Routing and helpdesk call management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Presentation Skills
- Flexible to work in different shifts as required including night shift with weekly one day off.

- Advanced Excel & MIS report
- Vehicle & driver compliance document management
- Billing and reconciliation
Responsibility Statements
- Shift transportation Routing
- Transport vendor management
- Vendor Trip performance evaluation and impose penalty as per SLA.
- On-call invoice trip arrangements
- Ad-hoc cab arrangements.
- Transport helpdesk operation management
- Employees, Drivers, Vendors call handling.
- Lady employees Safe home tracking and reporting
- Drivers Briefing Session and vehicle checks
- Mail box management
- Induction to new joiners
- Arrival & Departure report preparation
- Real time tracking of employees and drivers for pick up and drop.
- Escort guard allocation while routing
- Shift operation report preparation
- No show report preparation
