Engineering Lead

Minimum 18+ years of experience in IT industry and around 4 to 6 years experience in Project and Programme Management Strong handson experience on React Native .NET Full stack technologies. Experience in managing mobile applications both on android and ios using React Native, .NET API full stack technical streams Responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme Prior experience working on Banking and Financial Domain preferable investment banking, retail banking and capital markets Programme Manager will lead a project team often comprising of members from across the Global Business / Global Functions to achieve the defined business goal. Where projects are large and complex enough IT Programme Manager will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders and partners, ranging from Engineers, to Senior Executives and external Third Parties. IT Programme Manager will lead and support projects of a medium to large scale and/or manage one or more project workstreams (sub projects) with some level of complexity and scope. He/She will be responsible for oversite of budgets, risks and over all schedule of various projects within the program. Experience in executing projects in Agile/Scrum is desirable Experience in working closely with onsite Management and customer team. Expereience in Microsoft project and JIRA tools
