Senior Business Consultant

This critical role seeks a seasoned consultant 10 years in US healthcare to act as a trusted advisor and product champion for a leading healthcare organization Conduct comprehensive market analyses assess competitive landscapes and analyze health regulations to inform strategic decision making Develop data driven recommendations and actionable insights that optimize business performance and achieve client objectives Work with business stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives that the product or system needs and convert them into business requirements Lead product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations Provide expert guidance on market entry tactics and growth opportunities for healthcare products and services Share industry expertise through workshops presentations and stakeholder meetings effectively communicating findings and recommendations Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams product management marketing sales to deliver impactful results Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge Proven track record of success in healthcare consulting with a focus on business strategy and product management in healthcare 10 years experience in US healthcare Deep understanding of healthcare policies regulations and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Must have some level of development or testing experience in the past Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and lead persuasive negotiations Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within the healthcare industy and consistently delivering results Capacity to thrive in a fast paced environment prioritizing effectively and managing multiple projects concurrently Experience working with healthcare technology solutions and products is a plus This role is entirely a work from office role No remote positions offered Strong US Healthcare domain knowledge and hands on experience in keys areas at least in any 2 domain areas like Claims Enrollment Provider Clinical Products Benefits in Payer space is must Should have worked for any major US healthcare payor client in the past
