The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- System Administrator for the workflow management tool Aprimo.
- Responsibilities mainly revolve around making updates to workflows based on stakeholder requirements, providing Aprimo access, and participating in any conversations related to new work being built into Aprimo.
- Making updates to multi channel workflows in Aprimo
- Participate and lead weekly release Planning/Change Control and
- Handling occasional Aprimo access requests
- Lead documentation on processes and compliance requirement
- Develop Aprimo enhancements to attain the compliance requirement in the marketing processes for all CoSA
- Create, test and validate Aprimo reports
- Develop, test and validate specialized requirements for data outputs
- Creating, Developing and testing Aprimo workflow to meet campaign marketing objectives
- Support deep dive testing for Aprimo changes, updates and clients requirements
- Perform data validation to ensure Aprimo environment accuracy for Bank vs Non-Bank
- Support Aprimo workflow testing and changes for different channels Email, Direct Mail and Outbound Calling
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management operations
- Familiarity with advanced marketing automation software tools for Enterprise organizations like Adobe Campaign /Salesforce
- Aprimo workflows knowledge, understanding and hands-on
- Aprimo Data Loader experience
- Aprimo Admin knowledge
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Aprimo workflows
- Experience to document processes and changes
- Exposure to multiple marketing platforms for campaign management operations
- Troubleshooting experience to resolve any issues and error handling capabilities
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management operations
