Job Description

Lead Assistant Manager

•Perform FAH support activities; monitor data files, resolve basic issues, field and answer questions from various stakeholders 
•Gathering and processing subledger journal adjustments – in conjunction with FAH Finance Team Lead Analyst oversight
•Completing user access control change activities and data analysis
•Complete monthly subledger reconciliation activities (File processing Recon; FAH vs BSP recon)
•Perform UAT testing for BSP upgrades, enhancements and development
•Manage configuration change or mapping change activities
•Assist FAH Finance Senior Analyst (BAU SME) with investigation and resolution of reconciliation and control issues that arise
•Perform data analysis and support for information and audit requests
•Write-up and maintain FAH support analyst procedures and decision trees for error resolution and escalation
•Participate in process improvement to gain efficiency in duties
