Job Description
• Parodic Review and Analyze services / API for existing deployments.
• Health check, Performance monitoring & tuning to ensure uptime. • Administration, deployment, management and support of all environments.
• Recommending best practices and optimum utilization of resources (infrastructure / hardware / Network / licenses etc.) available.
• Ensuring consistency between DC & DR environment. Back up and restoration in DR servers on periodic basis and whenever there is new production deployment.
• Recommending and updating the patches as and when required.
• Logs/database monitoring and periodic purging.
• Maintaining deployment log with history.
• Must have knowledge of software development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Integration knowledge of event-based integration, pub-sub, and request-reply, synchronous-asynchronous • Understanding of API concepts, SSL and Protocols.
• New development & change requirement analysis.
• Service / API design, development and testing.
• Source Code repository maintenance.
• Source Code and Documents Review.
• Timely Service release on all environments i.e. (Dev, UAT, Prod & DR)
• Using best coding practices.
• Reporting, Resolution / closure and RCA documentation of the issues.
• Closure of security findings reported in periodic security reviews. • Coordination and communication with internal & external teams.
• Carrying out installations if required.
 
Primary Skills: IBM App Connect, IIB, IBM Integration toolkit, MQ, ESQL, DFDL, XML, XSLT, Java, Swagger,SOAP, JSON, PL-SQL etc.
Secondary Skills: IBM API Connect, Data power, gateway script, Swagger, SOAP, JSON, XML etc
