You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure successful execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Monitor and control service level agreements to meet business and technology outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. - Oversee adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders. - Implement best practices, tools, methodologies, and processes for project management. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes through projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
