Associate Talent Director - Healthcare and Data Science

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

1. Oversee Healthcare and Data Science recruitment activities, providing bi-weekly strategic and non-strategic status reports to the management. Maintain a comprehensive tracker for active case monitoring and detailed reporting.
2. Act as a neutral representative for conflict resolution, supporting Group Leaders in managing conflicts effectively.
3. Drive employee rewards and recognition initiatives.
4. Supervise and drive non-performance management activities, contributing to informed decision-making within the department.
5. Take an active role in employee-management discussions, facilitating action points in collaboration with HR-BP.
6. Drive in the 3P and ASR processes.
7. Manage and report Planisware allocation, ensuring monthly updates to the management and driving 100% allocation in billable projects.

Cost Management:

1. Monitor the billing process for individual accounts, promptly reporting any discrepancies through a comprehensive tracker.
2. Contribute to the annual business planning activity submission for both captive and non-captive areas.
3. Collaborate with the CTG department to provide clarifications for billing-related queries.
4. Ensure timely billing processes and report on revenue losses.

Quality Management:

1. Collaborate closely with the QMM team to ensure the timely collection of customer feedback forms.
2. Periodically participate in customer calls to gauge customer satisfaction and preferences.
3. Submit comprehensive feedback reports to the management, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

B.E/B.Tech equivalent , MBA preferred
