Associate Technical Services Engineer
1.Acceptance and classification of requests for packaging according to a standard classification procedure for MSI software packages (small/medium/large)2.Packaging of the software according to the specifications of the Client 3.Success check and quality assurance of software packaging. (If necessary, rectification / troubleshooting without (new) separate remuneration)4.Regular maintenance and update / revision of the software packages5.Creation, maintenance and updating of installation instructions6.Provision of the current / updated packages for the basic installation activities7.SW inventory documentation for software created / edited by the Contractor
