GDT ATC -Pega Lead JD: Responsibilities Work directly with client stakeholders and end-users to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques including observational studies, user interviews. Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmap. Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs. Ability to debug and fix as part of the development/support process and should have experience in Case Management, Integration components (services, connector, frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication and rule resolution. Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails the original design principles. Help to document business rules and assist with case type structure from the perspective of the business needs. Exposure to hands on solution architecture and end-to-end application design. Ensure construction of software adheres to the handbooks and best practices. Drive and analyze client and end user feedback to discover opportunities to improve the overall user experience throughout the design process and product lifecycle. Work with users/servicing team to build a solution that improves servicing capability and productivity. Guide delivery teams based on project needs. Ensure the delivery chain executes smoothly. Mandatory Skill Pega Rules Process Commander need someone with Strong hands on Pega development experience who can work with Product Owners to drive envisioning, articulate product capabilities, recommend solutions At least 9-10 years Experience in PEGA. Experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols. Likely to have at least 4 years of experience in consulting activities, some of which should be in customer facing experience. Extensive BPM experience working as a certified Pega system architect. Delivery focused, with an Agile software development methodology background and mindset, along with experience with relevant SDLC tools JIRA. Good experience on Design Review, Code Review. Good soft skills in communication, and leadership.
