Solution Architect Lead
Implement build, test and deploy Automation Software solutions
Identify and communicate the technical implementation requirements.
Ensure the development of automation solutions is done in accordance with IA coding standards and frameworks.
Provide POC and best practices for performance optimization.
Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team
Anticipate, identify, and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients
Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives
Mentor Junior developers and create and deliver trainings
Document & maintain best practices and development techniques
Drive client meetings during the project
Participate in recruitment activities
Perform team management responsibilities
