About this opportunity:
We are currently hiring a TA Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) operations with a strong focus on onboarding and Other TA Operational activity. This role will be based in Chennai, India. What you will do:
- Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure all necessary preparations are in place for a new hire's first day.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome packages and access credentials.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring that all required documentation is completed, and compliance standards are met.
- Track and report on the progress of the onboarding process, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process, incorporating feedback from new hires and stakeholders.
Other TA Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors for background verification and other recruitment-related activities.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Proficiency in maintaining and organizing recruitment data, including candidate records and onboarding documentation.
The skills you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years in a multinational environment, with expertise in HR Operations and onboarding.
- Proven experience in managing the onboarding process and other TA Operations Activity
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle daily HR operational tasks efficiently.
- Strong Presentation (Power Point) Skills
- Work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
