Lead and inspire a team of visual designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure design quality and innovation.

Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, marketing collaterals, and presentations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.

Arrange brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to designers for enhancing design projects.

Ensure design consistency, coherence, and adherence to design standards across all projects and platforms.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Conduct design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterations to refine and enhance visual designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design assets to support scalability and efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards.

Essential Skill set to have:Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership and innovative design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Ability to inspire creativity, foster a collaborative environment, and drive design excellence.

Experience with UX/UI design, user research, and usability testing is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication
