About the position  

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hybrid 

The HR IT lead is accountable for Flora Food Group’s global HR IT apps estate. Most of our enterprise applications’ are built on SAP but we do have solutions beyond the SAP ecosystem integrated in the landscape. The role will deliver the business demand on Flora Food Group’s global Enterprise Applications to enable HR process roadmaps.  

Key focus will be to formulate and operate the HRIT roadmap strategy and design and implement solutions to meet the business requirements The service operations will include oversight of all daily operations, capabilities around incident management, change & release management, test management, landscape management among other ITIL processes. 

This role will involve collaboration with the HR Leadership team and partner with the IT Leadership Team (e.g. Identity, Access, Integration, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture as well as project and portfolio delivery).  

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

To succeed in this HRIT lead role, one must excel in the following areas:

• Strategic Leadership and Planning: Possess a minimum of 8 years in HRIT management with a deep understanding of HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and proven experience in crafting and executing HR IT roadmaps, overseeing technology projects, and aligning business processes with global and local needs. Proven track record of strong team leadership to deliver maximum performance.  

• Project and Change Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale HR automation projects and effectively leading cross-functional teams through complex projects. Skill in optimizing project prioritization for maximum business value, managing interdependencies, and driving continuous improvement in HR IT systems.

• Financial and Vendor Management: Skilled in budgeting, managing the HR IT "Run" budget, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational standards and financial constraints.

• Data Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure HR data security and privacy by implementing stringent data governance practices, and stay current with data privacy regulations. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to identify and resolve technical issues and maintain high-quality HR system data.
• Innovation: Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in HRIT and making recommendations for new tools and solutions that could benefit the organization.
