Position: Senior Manager - Facility Lead
Location: Mumbai
Core Areas: Facility/Maintenance
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any field..Preferably technically qualified

Your Role
- Candidate should have basic understanding of Facility for any Retail Setup
- Managing Facility and Maintenance through field team PAN India Basis
- Good Network of Vendors for Housekeeping and R&M works at stores
- Managing the AMCs for all equipment Freezer Machine, ACs, Fire Extinguisher for all the stores.
- Preventing Check for house keeping and measurement to improve the same.
- Root Cause analysis for breakdown call for all equipment and proving solutions to improve the performance.
- Ensuring Maintenance call resolution within given TAT.
- Creating and Managing the MIS for all Facility related activity and presenting it to Management for Monthly review.
