ORMB Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ORMB Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ORMB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and other development teams, to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ORMB applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using ORMB middleware and APIs.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting applications to ensure smooth operations and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ORMB configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing ORMB applications and configurations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with ORMB product updates, patches, and new releases to leverage new features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an ORMB Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing applications.
- Strong knowledge of ORMB modules such as Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Revenue Management, Pricing Design Center, etc.
- Experience in customizing ORMB applications using Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools.
- Ability to design and implement integrations with other systems using middleware technologies and APIs.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and experience with performance tuning and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in ORMB is desirable.
