Job Description

Major Deliverables

 

Implementation and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, H&S Management System implementation, Standards Programs and Procedures. Support the business to implement the same.

 

Conducting internal trainings. Lead in-house training programs with managers and employees on health and safety issues and associated risks.

 

Regularly evaluate H&S practice and procedures for risk assessment, vendor governance and internal governance

 

Lead and interface with Customer organization for reviews, meetings. Discuss H&S related scalations, topics, concern.

 

Drive the H&S Governance Framework and guidelines within TCTS and vendor.

 

Drive Vendor Governance, Health and safety plans, compliance.

 

Investigate, analyze and report any health & safety incident. Conducting Root Cause Analysis and recommending appropriate Corrective & Preventive Actions.

 

Conducting safety Audits and analysis of reports.

 

Drive implementation of automation in H&S, analyze safety reports from tools and take corrective action

 

Coordinate and oversee any health and safety audit of the workplace by any external agency/consultant/customer.

 

Drive automation projects related to Safety.

 

Collating H&S related MIS and communication with key stake holders.

 

Coordination with customer, Handle customer reviews and escalations.

 

Suggest solutions, improvements, and prevention steps for safety issues

 

Access potential hazards and act safely and quickly in event of an incident
