About this Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Technical Authority Expert - IP - Multivendor – CMTS, DOCSIS, Switch & Router. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.

What you will do
•    Actively Supervising of ITSM Ticket queues to maintain MTTR.
•    Identify root cause of P2/P3/P4 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
•    First point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues.
•    Close Collaboration with Field Team for all field activities (Hardware failures, Node unreachable etc.).
•    Ensure timely restoration of Services maintain MTTR for good customer experience & high Service availability to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA).
•    Proactive involvement to detect possible failures to ensure incident restoration/avoidance whenever engagement by Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function.
•    Node health checks and backups & trouble-shoot the deviation identified.
•    Sharing details for MIR & CSR to respective teams.
•    Network Change Request Implementation (CRQ), Prechecks & post Checks, MOP Creation, Validation, CLI Preparation based on Design Document, Traffic & Service Migration, Traffic Offloading, Congestion Avoidance.

The skills you bring:
•    Working experience of Access Network preferable DOCSIS Technology.
•    Working Experience in IP based network (Router, Switch, DHCP, DNS, IP Management)
•    Working experience of programming/scripting (C, C++, java, python, shell).
•    End to End Network Understanding.
•    Good Communication & trouble-shooting skills.
•    5-8 years of relevant in IP Domain.
