JD for Business AnalystResponsibility:Business analyst experience performing requirements gathering, elaboration, story creation, acceptance validation etc.Experience in Banking and Financial sector domain. corporate banking experience is preferredHands-on experience with agile tools like Jira or equivalentStrong experience in conduct working sessions to conclude and collect requirementsProcess/ Sequence diagrammingExperience on analysis of API requests and response . Experience in using SOAP, REST servicesExperience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful/ sustainable modelGood to Have -Diverse group facilitation: Should be able to drive consensus around variety of Virtusa and Client business or technical SMEsDefinition, importance, and role ownership of Ceremonies including Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo and Retrospectivehas context menu
