· Minimum 3 to 4 experience working with networks and complex IT infrastructure
· Hands on Configuration and troubleshooting experience in ,FortiGate Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto Firewalls
· NSE 4 or NSE 5 certification – Added Advantage·
· Good Hands on Implementation and operational support experience in Fortigate firewall, Fortimanager, Fortianalyaser , Fortigate SDWAN, FortiGuard.·
· Implementation of Fortigate firewalls with integration of Fortigate SD Wan, FortiGuard URL filtering
· Hands on Configuration and troubleshooting experience in Cisco Catalyst, Nexus series of switches.
· Hands on Configuration and troubleshooting experience in Routing protocols BGP, OSPF, & EIGRP
· Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPSec VPN technologies, Clustering and High Availability (HA) concepts
· Hands on Configuration and troubleshooting experience in F5 load balancer, load balancing strategies/techniques, New URL creation, application switching/traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates
· Knowledge on Networking concepts OSI, TCP and DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP
· Candidate must have experience in Packet level of troubleshooting.
· Required to follow detailed change management and incident management processes
· Work in a fast-paced operations environment & Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
