CREDIT SUPPORT ANALYST
Manage credit for Construction Finance Understanding the Execution Risk, Selling and realisation risk of the proposals received from various BU`s. Guide the BU`s on the policies and update them of the observations by the various approval authorities at prescribed timelines to improve quality of the proposals. To co ordinate with CAD to ensure that the sanction terms are appropriately incorporated in the sanction letter. Prepare MIS to ensure that the propsals are attended to and decisioned as early as possible. To co ordinate with external agency for conducting valuation and the due deligence in appropriate cases Assisting Head Credit Construction Finance in all Operational Matters including update on the latest happenings in the industryJob role
