- Work with third party vendors on obtaining the necessary documents required for loan review.
- Request and validate the verification of mortgage.
- Request and validate the verification of employment.
- Follow up with the third party on missing documents required to complete the loan docket.
- Ordering and updating the payoffs, HOI, Title report etc.
