Manage and coordinate the projects planning and scheduling systems, programme controls, work processes and reports necessary to support the total programme of work. Acts as the advisory to the PM/PD on all planning aspects of the project.Comply with Global Major Projects guidelines in terms of reporting procedures and presentation of productivity data.Organise, participate and provide input in planning and progress meetings and workshops as necessary throughout the project life cycle.Provide scheduling guidance to the site teams/subs. Work with the site teams/subs to develop detailed and accurate work schedules, daily and weekly metrics and reporting data.Continually monitor progress, productivity, performance and implement action for improvement preemptively.Work with construction manager and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequential working and coordination with interfacing/adjacent contractors.Provide input on all GMP-related VO’s and contractual claims ensuring that the construction-related substantiation in notifications and follow-up is clearly defined, accurate and demonstrable from scheduling, resource loading and critical path analysis standpoints.Work closely with the Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Clients and Sub-contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of any changes through the Primavera / MS Project tool.Assist the Project Manager in identifying potential problems concerning project delivery schedules and participate in the development of recovery and resolution plans.Maintain current knowledge of the individual projects and all amendments and change orders for the project.Any other duties as required by your manager

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent5-10 years industry experienceExtensive working experience with Primavera P3 or p6 , Microsoft Project (latest available) and MS office, Knowledge of Auto CAD would be an added advantageAbility to master new software systems, especially in the areas of Project ManagementGood working knowledge of airside and landside airport systems with proven experience, ideally having worked on mid/major size projectsAirport Airside site experience & on various design standards like ICAO ANNEX-14, FAA, DGCA CAR is preferredExcellent verbal/written/presentation skills.Knowledgeable about the generally accepted industry best practice in this area.Highly proficient in all the key areas of scheduling, preferably partially formed from a significant duration in a site contracting environmentPreferable experience with portfolio of projects.Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to plan strategically to support the needs of the businessCapable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment.Ability to travel to sites if required.Time and resource management
