Senior Executive
- Good understanding of end-to-end O2C cycle and hands on experience in credit control process
- Must have excellent communications skills and exposure to client facing roles
- Responsible for managing and undertaking collection process for outstanding credit.
- Responsible for assigned account management and ensure regular follow up for outstanding cash
- Experience in creating and analyzing aged AR reports, on account balances and cash forecast etc
- Follow up with various departments for supporting documents and dispute resolution.
