You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and tested to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and performing testing and debugging to ensure the applications meet the desired functionality and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Configure and customize applications to meet client needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Train and mentor junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using Salesforce platform. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. - Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks for Salesforce testing. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Salesforce administration and declarative development. - Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools. - Knowledge of Salesforce communities and mobile app development. - Understanding of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and reporting capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
