Major Activities
To run Program to liquidate Stuck SD WIP circuits and Prepare and analysis SD WIP data available in different systems
Track with required CFTs including Access Management, PM/SD, Engg and others to realize revenue for workable circuits and system cleanup for non-workable circuits
Enabling Sales & SD to achieve delivery target as per customer ask on onnet network from all LVPN deals and ensure L1 to L2 conversion for top priority accounts as per Business Case
Track all Network dependency proactively with CFT for closure to enable service delivery within stipulated timeframe. BW availability to upgrade orders within 7 days of orders information
New BS implementation & Optimization Project:- BH plan release for Sector Addition. IOR Closure for cases where BW GA has been taken for customer delivery enablement
Create a MIS Deck for Priority Account performance report from L1 Feasibility conversion to Delivery as per BC assumption in LD
Maintain an ecosystem to locate, track and close the network dependencies proactively before SD hit the BS for BAU delivery
Weekly Dashboard preparation and Publication for BH Augmentation status and EDD for WIP cases
New Customer Addition-Wireline: Internal Program Management
Essential Qualifications: Degree Engineer in Electronics / Communication
Technical : Requires broad and deep technical knowledge and experience across all technology platforms.
Functional : Drive and passion for technology
Capable of identifying key requirements and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results
Behavioral Strong communication and customer service skills
Flair to excel in a competitive environment.
Good customer orientation & communication skill.
