Your Role
On-boarding and coaching of New associates
• Technique to provide training by various methods such as (onfloor training, Class room training
and conducting video calls training)
• Technique for measuring Performance of the associates
• Tracking the low performer and re-training is provided to increase the productivity
• Collaborated with operations team to maintain standardization in training
• Understanding the barriers behind on floor
• Conducting quality related training
• Taking periodic evaluation and ensuring 100% compliance
• Ability to improve the performance of the ground team
• Building a Culture of learning and training`
• Maintaining data and sharing the same with leadership team on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ability to work in excel, ppt and office proficiently
• Ability to create content on ppt for new associates
• Maintain a positive attitude towards the associates and build a good interactive sessions with
associates
• Should be able to talk in front of all the managers
• Ability to connect with Managers whenever required and complete the task
• Ability to plan the training as per the requirement and provide effective training whenever
required
• Should be able to stretch at important times
• Should be available every time whenever you are called by leadership
• Go and get attitude
• Knowledge of Warehouse operation will be added advantage
• Record keeping of all the training and ensure it is available at the time of audit
