CCM Business Partner - C
Job Description
Commercial and Contract Manager (CCM) is responsible for both pre and post contractual matters including reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts and thorough monitoring of the performance of signed contracts.
Key objectives, responsibilities and other requirements associated with this role are detailed as under:
Key objectives:
Pre-Sales Stage:
- Provide commercial solutions and alternatives for bid submissions and during client negotiations
- Contribute towards revenue growth through active participation in bids
- Improve Terms and Conditions of contract to minimize the exposure in commercial, delivery and business risks
Post-Sales Stage:
- Enable Delivery through proactive governance of Contract, monitoring of Scope & Obligations
- Improve Account Contribution Margin by controlling scope creep & plugging revenue leakages
- Contribute towards increase in revenue through contract change management process and active participation in account sales initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduate / post graduate degree in relevant discipline (business administration/ finance/ Law/ engineering)
- Certification in contract & commercial Management will be an added advantage
