Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data. - Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, and respond accordingly. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies. - Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software. - Knowledge of network security architecture and protocols. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
