• Play the role of a product manager / product owner in an agile scrum environment (follow SAFE). 
• Drive and maintain a roadmap for Data Management products (Data Acquisition, Data Quality, and Data Governance).
• Maintain pipeline for data onboarding and publishing. 
• Drive the build and operations for metadata management and data catalog capabilities. 
• Document and maintain data requirements from business and other product teams.
• Translate requirements of data initiatives into smaller actionable work efforts.
• Perform data analysis and data mapping to relate business requirements to data specifications. 
• Define prioritized data-related platform requirements with justification. 
• Drive solutions across development teams for meeting customer needs for data.
• Work with engineering architects to initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, build vs. buy choices. 
• Participate and assist in product planning, develop data product launch plans and work with all stakeholders to execute. 
• Analyze and build potential partner relationships with customers data products. 
• Champion data literacy within the organization and drive adoption rates. 
• Engage with internal and external third-party vendors for data acquisition.
• Track usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Is familiar with Jira and Confluence and has experience with SQL.

• Negotiation skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Good communication skills and ability to make objective analysis and arguments to influence stakeholders.

Experience - 

• 10 years of experience in IT / Technology
• 5 years of experience in the Data and Analytics
• Experience in finance or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or other analytical or business acumen-based field.
