HCM Cloud Consultant – Oracle Talent Management

Required Technical Skill Set

Experience on Talent, Core HR, Benefit modules. Also need to know HDL, HCM Extract and BI reporting.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Experience in engaging with Business users and understanding problem statements
  • Well documented knowledge of Oracle HCM (Talent, Core HR , Benefits modules.,
  • Implementation/ Hands-on Experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Create and run script for update person related data (using extracts and uploads or any other supported tools)
  • Deep knowledge of advanced reports, notifications, and alerts.
  • Good communication skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in working with agile models will be beneficial.
  • Experience in Third party Integration.
