About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
Purpose of Job Profile
- RAN SME is data and value driven to effectively manage integration services
- Analyzes, prepares, implements and executes test cases to verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations and expansions of all Technology RAN Node systems.
- Adheres to compliance to group directives

- Responsibilities & Outcome
The RAN SME executes the following to ensure quality and first time right in delivery for all Technologies to secure customer value:
- Supports presales with analytics, proposal of solution and strategy for integration to assist in the commercial engagement
- defines strategy for integration linking to the contract to secure customer value
- defines scope & quality, estimates cost & time and plans activities
- Prepares, collects and validates scripts & configurations with focus on accuracy prior to execution to support the plan
- Defines prepares and executes test cases to ensure first time right
- performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery
- performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations
- secures that OS, HW, SW, licenses and configuration data is available in correct format/version
- defines and manages exit criteria and handover documentation to support revenue recognition and customer value
- drives changes to processes and methods related to integration activities to improve delivery efficiency and quality
