Job Description

The key objectives of the position are:

Lead the Solution Architect Team for the North and East Region. The key deliverable with include:

Create:

1.      Based on initial finding from the Account and Solution team member create the specific PoV for all large accounts in the region with a specific focus to create large Tower or Multi-Tower deals.

2.      Help in the creation of the overall Solution structure for complex deals and work with the internal stakeholders to offer a service model back to the customer

3.      Help the team in providing solutions in specific industry vertical themes within the region, usually focused on specific towers.

4.      Work on skill building of the team and regular participation in innovation activities run across the company

5.      Lead all Solution related approaches for CXO level interaction in the region. Responsible for creating the narrative with the regional Sales teams.

Operate:

1.      Is lead technical support for all solution team members in the region

2.      Work closely with CFT team from bid creation to Solution handover to the delivery and operation team.

3.      Work on creation of PoV with the team based on the understanding of the Account Plan.

4.      Work with Product team to provide feedback on market needs and features required.

5.      Represent in the region on all critical Leadership call for qualification and defense presentations

6.     Represent Tata Communication is buisness forums & Marketing actives – presentation, round tables and interviews

Governance:

1.      Capture all the work done in terms of opportunities, workshops and ABM within SFDC. Create relevant reports to

2.      Conduct regular reviews and coaching conversation with the team

3.      Coordinate Product specific training with required CFT and L&D teams

Essential Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering Experience: 20+ years.

Candidate with MBA will be preferred.

Requisite Skills:
Technical:

1.      Knowledge of various technologies & services Like MPLS, Internet, Ethernet & SDWAN

2.      Concept of Routing Protocols like Static, BGP, OSPF

3.      Network Security products: Firewall, UTM, Proxy, IDS & IPS,

4.      Expertise in any of the Technology of Network/Data Centre/Security/Unified Communication

5.      Understanding on Enterprise Architecture including Data Centre, Cloud, Security Landscape & Network (WAN) for the customer

6.      Knowledge of Unified Communication

7.      Customer facing Experience in terms of Opportunity understanding , BOQ & Solution proposal creation experience is preferred 

         

       Functional:

1. Provide solutioning support to sales teams in India

2. Work closely with teams like Product, Engineering & various cross functional teams to create required solution enhance the Tata Comm service offering. 

3. May lead important CFT projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. 

4. Achieve OB & Revenue Target for team being supported. 

5. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area. 

6. Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles

7. Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. 

8. Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialization. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. 

9. Should have the relevant Industry certifications
