Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Manager with exceptional leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, strong communication skills. Need to have strong expertise in program management, Excel/Advance Excel, and advanced analytical prowess. Need to play a pivotal role in team handling, analysing complex datasets, developing insightful visualizations, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes across the organization to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing teams and driving organizational success through insightful analysis and effective communication.

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring cohesion, motivation, and high performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications

Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, developing dashboards and reports.

Technical Skills:

• Advance MS Office (excel, word, power point, MS project) skill is mandatory.
• Proven relationship management and CFT handling skills.
• Top key accounts handling for seamless & smooth feasibility for planned revenue realization.
• Strong Knowledge of TCx & SFDC (feasibility and delivery cycle including report fabrication).
• Well verse with network design and parameters.
• Well verse with traditional wireless delivery solutions (PTP, P2MP).
• Acquainted with wireline technologies including Fiber, OSP, IBD, SDH, DWDM etc.
• Acquainted with use of various OSS & BSS tools BPM, Cramer, 3D Maps, google earth etc.
