Liaison with business SMEs to understand Data Migration requirements from source SAP to destination Salesforce and AWS Cloud Work with clients to gain access to their source data systems. Understand basic database schemas of source and target, create data model. Work with technical SMEs in creating data mapping between source data and target systems. Prepare data migration plans including migration risk milestones quality and business signoff details. Understand and define data retention rules, transformation rules required to map to target system Design solution and implement data architecture and ETL for data migration platform Design data archival process and understand integrated system to ensure data is available in required format Define data reconciliation process to ensure required data is migrated to target system Review the work packages developed by team to deliverables are meeting customer requirements Perform multiple Data Rehearsals with the full data set to flush out configuration problems well before go live. Create technical documentation for all steps required for data migration efforts. Support golive effort including evenings and weekends. Technical Skills Six plus experience in data analytics ETL and data migration tools. Experience is design and development of ETL process using tools like Informatica and AWS ETL tools like AWS S Glue Athena AWS Aurora my SQL etc Experience in designing data migration solution, archival process and reconciliation. Experience with data quality checks, data de duplication and data validation processes. Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting. Experience in handling data migration to Salesforce is preferred Deep knowledge with SQL language. Exposure to deployment configuration tools GitHub DevOps and pipelines Proven ability to communicate with functional business users and technical database administrators Strong communication skills both written and verbal
