Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with team on credit risk automation/ditization agenda, including tools/platform conceptualisation, build, augmentation
• Analyze business requirements, design solutions and implement functionality
• Regular interaction with client to discuss the tool/platform offering
• Engage with client teams proactively and suggest new ideas to enhance client engagement
• The individual will work closely with the rest of data engineering and data science teams in implementing and managing Scalable risk solutions, Data Ingestion Platforms, Machine Learning and NLP based Analytics Platforms, Data Mining and Search Engines.

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE

• Extensive knowledge and experience in building and managing analytics platforms.
• Good understanding of credit risk digitization
• Reasonable understanding of credit risk value chain  
• Ability to think out of box

PROBLEM SOLVING

• Ability to understand clients digitization requirement and tailor CRISIL solution to it

INTERACTIONS

• Able to work independently within but interact with a team collaboratively in a fast-paced AGILE environment
• Communicates with internal & external stakeholders as necessary

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION

• MBA /Postgraduate. BE/Btech, ME/MTech is preferred

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• 5 to 9 years of work experience preferable in credit risk and risk products
• Proficiency in Python
• Work with data science and infrastructure team members to implement practical machine learning solutions and pipelines in production
• Experience with creating API platforms
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Diligence and hard work
• Organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize workload
