About the role:
This role plays a pivotal role in driving the continual improvement and accuracy of our knowledge management system, ensuring we deliver world-class service. We seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist with in-depth expertise in electronic products.
About the team:
Knowledge Management (KM) team is responsible for creating/managing Troubleshooting guides for all products in scope for remote troubleshooting. The great thing about working for KM is that it's full of talented and creative people. There’s always something new to learn.
You are Responsible for:
- Leverage your strong understanding of processes and products to develop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting guides for all products within the remote troubleshooting scope.
- Alternatively, you will be responsible for authoring and publishing high-quality articles and guides on Yoda for routine user needs. This includes identifying and reporting any inaccuracies or knowledge gaps within the system.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Troubleshooting logic for Electronics
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Experience with MS Excel-based reporting and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of one or more product verticals such as Audio, IoT, Home Appliances, etc
- Ability to manage highly dynamic knowledge requirements with limited resources
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge in Instructional design will be a significant advantage
- Good stakeholder management skills
