| Marketing manager – Geo APACFull-time · Mid- Senior levelMarketing Manager, Business UnitThe role is based in India, location is not a constrain, But preference - HyderabadEmployee Status : Full Time Employee6 – 10 years plus of experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive business growthDeep understanding and experience of integrated marketing strategies to provide successful and measurable outcomesPrevious experience in B2B marketingAny graduation, preferably MBAJob DescriptionAs a marketing manager, you will support the marketing leader for the APAC and Americas region, and you’ll be at the heart of driving business Unit marketing campaigns for Virtusa in the region.As an important BU marketing team member, you must thrive to be involved at all levels, including conceptualizing, and executing campaigns, maintain trackers, drafting content, coordinating with the Client partners and business leaders and support organising marketing events.The ideal candidate, a marketing professional should have strong experience in B2B technology marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of organisation, including sales, partner ecosystems, delivery, and product development team.The candidate should have deep understanding of integrated marketing and sales enablement, including channel and client outreach, client journey development, account base marketing, and client research.This role also involves:Range of marketing activities, Meeting new people, and Multi-tasking.GMT executions: Develop, and drive prioritization of industry marketing and client campaignsABM: Planning and executionLead generation: Design, plan and execute lead gen programmesBranding and positioning : Initiate innovative approaches to build client relationshipsUnderstand Segmentation and develop persona profiles for target clientsPrepare SM plans and support creating contentRegular connects with sales teams and arranging internal enablement sessionsAssisting the marketing leader in writing reports and analysing dataDrive online traffic with digital campaignsVendor managementDevelop, track and report key metrics and KPIs of marketing campaigns for successCollaborate across our internal and external ecosystem including with Alliance PartnersThis is for someone whoPassionate about marketingEnergetic and self-motivated with new ideasCreative with an eye for high quality and detailOutspoken and yet adaptiveHighly ethical and self-drivenStrong demand generation skills and client-centric mentalityStrong communications skills and able to influence others |
