IN-Core Operations

The main responsibility is to ensure that IN & Core Operations deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability for Ericsson. 
Shall technically lead the team in maintaining network operations and capacity planning activities. Will seek to identify sales opportunities and generate repeat business while working on assignment. 

Responsibilities!
Overall responsibility of managing day-to-day operations of managing Ericsson Charging system (IN) and CORE, including software deployment and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, service desk, security management and monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery and routine update of services.
Work on scope, definition, and design solution offerings; develop and drive end-to-end technical solutions.
Drives the adoption and articulate the risks/opportunities from demonstrating IN and CORE solution.
Ensures timely liaison with delivery unit/Customer Support and 3PP regarding problems, fixes, and required improvements.
Interface C-Level of customer as and when required for any critical security issues.
•    Support to Define and Issue Guidelines for Dimensioning and Capacity Planning – for Charging system in consultation with Technical Solutions
•    Lead the team in delivering IN Network Operations and Design review services.
•    Monitoring of Network Performance to remain within set KPI’s and Utilization.
•    Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers, O&M and the Customer
•    Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and Customer expectations.
•    Identify new business opportunities.
•    Responsible for SLA alignment with interface departments and customer.
•    Adapt to new technologies.
•    To Manage and control operational resources and costs.
•    Customer Happiness & CSI Score
•    KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty
•    Successful track record and strong background in large-scale IN network operational organizations.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work in a matrix organization with a split between line and functional responsibility.
•    Ability to adapt to the local cultural requirements, and able to function in India

Requirement

•    Telecom experience in "Ericsson Charging system (IN)" and Telecom Managed service.
•    Experience of handling Senior leadership of Customer
•    Proficient knowledge in IN Core nodes such as  SDP, AIR, ECMS, CCN, OCC, RS, NGCRS, EMM etc
•    Task oriented & capable to work in multi-functional teams.
•    Must possess excellent understanding of Telecom Networks (LTE, 5G, Wireline, IMS, VoLTE), OSS (Operations Support Systems) Platforms/ Tools, Cloud & DevOps
•    Having Experience of Managing interworking of Cloud with IP networking and Workload like Packet Core etc.
•    Good Understanding & Knowledge about the functioning of PACO nodes & the call flows in 4G & 5G technologies and there interworking with the IMS architecture for VoLTE services.
•    Understanding of IP Core, MPBN, SDN architecture in Mobile Telecom Networks. Knowledge of Cisco, Nokia SDN is an added advantage.
•    Delivered or Managed Large Customer projects/Challenging Projects/Operations
•    An excellent Inter-personal skill along with superb communication skills in written and spoken English.
